• Pain in your abdomen or back that gets worse when you move around.

Just remember that you must stick with regular follow-up appointments throughout your pregnancy.

• Ensure that your blood sugar levels and blood pressure are monitored regularly. Set up a schedule for maintaining a healthy weight.

• Be sure to get an appropriate amount of sleep and rest.
• Consider the nutritional content of fruits and vegetables in your diet plan.
• Avoid processed foods, salt, and caffeine.
